A doctor's order is not needed if you do not plan to use insurance. You will receive a report signed by a board-certified sleep doctor. A prepaid return shipping label is included.

When ordering a home sleep test, you are renting the equipment from us so you can perform the test. A credit card or debit card is required.
 
When you order this test, we will email a rental agreement to you. The testing unit will be shipped when you complete and return the rental agreement. If you do not complete and return the rental agreement, the testing unit will not be shipped. Additionally, if you use a prepaid card to order the test, the order will not be fulfilled and shipped until you make a security deposit.
